Knowledge management is your competitive advantage—it's about the people, systems, and culture that enable organizations to share what they know and learn from every project. I believe the future belongs to organizations that integrate data, information, and knowledge into practice operations—and I'm here to help AEC organizations build that capability.
For over two decades, I've lived at the intersection of design excellence and organizational intelligence, evolving from a designer to knowledge manager to director of operations for a 200-person architectural practice. I've seen firsthand how the right knowledge management approach transforms firm performance.
I work with AEC organizations at all stages of their knowledge journey, from "how do we even get started?" to developing comprehensive knowledge strategies aligned with your firm's strategic goals. Strategic knowledge management isn't about better file storage. It's about creating a culture and systems that capture and transfer expertise, connect insights across your organization, and turn collective intelligence into market differentiation.
